Founded in 2007, Sinocastel is a national high-tech GPS tracker manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales & operations, focusing on the research and production of vehicle GPS telematics and solutions. As a nationally certified high-tech R&D base for automotive electronics and a national high-tech enterprise, Sinocastel is China's first GPS tracker company to develop onboard terminal equipment with communication and bus technology. Sinocastel hardware and solutions have been widely used in fleet management, auto insurance UBI, telecommunications industry, car rental business, and home care services.

In 2008, Sinocastel successfully developed an OBD device with a communication function that truly combined automotive internal data communication (ECU) and external wireless communication technology, and successfully applied it to more than 1,000 channel customers in 146 countries around the world. Sinocastel has been actively exploring the application of OBD GPS tracking technology in the field of insurance UBI since 2010 and has cooperated with insurance companies such as Ping An Insurance, An Bang Insurance, and PICC. Sinocastel entered the IoT market in 2008, focusing on the design, research, and development of IoT big data terminals. It has big data processing and management capabilities for car companies and has conducted extensive and in-depth research with new energy electronic vehicle manufacturers' cooperation.
